Mr. Gold serves as a mediator for the American Arbitration Association, is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Certified Civil Circuit Court mediator, is licensed by the Florida Department of Financial Services as a 00-56 Mediator of Claims, and is an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. Additionally, Mr. Gold is a member of the Florida Bar’s Alternative Dispute Resolution section. Mr. Gold is available to serve as mediator in a wide range of civil matters, including insurance issues, personal injury, business and contract disputes, collection of debts,Condominium and HOA disputes, products liability, governmental disputes, and professional liability. Matthew graduated from Arizona State University in 2003 and received his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota in 2010. While in Minnesota, Mr. Gold was a Qualified ADR Neutral, certified by the Minnesota Supreme Court for the Civil Facilitative / Hybrid Neutral Roster; Civil Adjudicative / Evaluative Neutral Roster; and Family Facilitative / Hybrid Neutral Roster. After graduation, Mr. Gold moved to South Florida and worked for two years as In-house Counsel to an insurance adjusting firm, then as an associate attorney at an Aventura law firm where he focused on insurance litigation. In 2013, Mr. Gold established MBG Law Firm where he practiced insurance litigation for eight years.
